Jerry K. Combs CPC has been a licensed and certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer since 2019 with the Maxwell Leadership Team. He received his Certified Professional Coach accreditation through the Fowler International Academy of Coaching in 2018. Jerry is also a graduate of Empire State University with extensive studies in Business and Industrial Management. Jerry’s career includes 30+ years at General Motors/Saturn Corporation, where he served as an Engineering & Ergonomics Manager. He led the development of the Workplace Development Center in Spring Hill, TN. Jerry has also served as a Corporate Trainer and Executive Coach at Johnson Controls Incorporated from 2022 – 2026. Modeling Servant leadership has always been the focus of Jerry's career.
Dr. Scott Parkhurst
NCC Board Certified Counselor & Emotional Well-Being Coach
Dr. Scott Parkhurst, known warmly as Dr. Scott, is an NCC Board Certified Counselor, a 20-year United States Air Force veteran, a psychology faculty member, and an Emotional Well-Being Coach for Lifetime Guidance. Throughout his career, he has combined professional counseling expertise, military leadership experience, and a strong commitment to education to support individuals in building resilience, improving emotional well-being, and navigating life's challenges with greater confidence. His approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in a deep respect for each person's unique story and potential for growth.
In addition to his professional work, Dr. Scott values family, connection, and everyday moments of joy. He is the proud grandfather of two grandchildren and shares life with a beloved Goldendoodle, bringing warmth and balance to the work he does with others.
